Jeramyh’s Way – Request for Support
Inspired by Strength. Guided by Love.

Jeramyh was a loving and courageous 13-year-old boy whose heart overflowed with kindness, even in the face of unimaginable challenges. Through his battle, he never stopped looking out for others — making sure his siblings and cousins were cared for, taking trips to the store, or simply being present with his family.

He loved his mom more than life itself and looked up to his grandfather with deep admiration. His bravery inspired everyone who knew him, and his selfless love still shines today.

Jeramyh proudly wore number 7 — a number now retired by the Triana RiverHawks, forever honoring his spirit on and off the court.

Jeramyh’s Way exists to carry on his legacy of love, courage, and compassion — by offering support to families in our community, just like he supported those he loved.

If you or someone you know is in need, please fill out this form. You’re not alone — we’re here to walk with you, the way Jeramyh would have.
